Mark A. Cevallos was born and raised in San Antonio. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wabash College in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2002. Mark is licensed in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

In his 20 years in practice Mark has litigated over 30 jury trials of various types. Mark has tried personal injury, workers’ compensation, defamation, deceptive trade practices, premises liability, business disputes, real estate, contract disputes, and custody disputes to jury verdicts. In addition to his extensive civil experience Mark has tried criminal cases, from traffic tickets to Federal wire fraud, to juries.

Mark has extensive experience in civil appeals as well. Mark has written over 100 appellate briefs in the Courts of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court, with nearly two dozen oral arguments under his belt.
